After wrist pain fucking up my previous goals more than once most of what i'm doing now is forearm and wrist work. I'm hoping if I unlock Popeye-mode I will be able to handle regular lifts.

It's not too much but enough for me to want to get rid of. Haven't lifted at all in 6 months so keen to regain the gains.

Some months back I was fucking around with dips and it go to where it wasn't just pain - I couldn't get the necessary strength out of it.
Some weeks back I wasn't even exercising but down that wrist was getting sore enough at work that I was makeshift-foam rolling it to try and calm it down.
Right now I'm getting mild soreness out of it that peaks the day after the workout and tapers off. It doesn't seem to be getting worse.

How do you think gyms opening back up will work? I'm a member at Snap and usually go like 11 pm during unmanned hours, will I still be able to do this?

No centrelink gibs for me. Never go to a gym cause I hate spending money on shit so I just run outside for 25 some minutes 5x a week. Getting around 3k average for intervals n shit and my long runs are getting around 4.5k so I should be at 5k soon.

I hit 5pl8 deadlift right before gyms closed and now i can't do it anymore, i can BARELY get 200kg for one rep.

Panic bought a power rack, bench, oly bar and 180kg in weight 2 days before gyms shut
Currently doing 2 plate, 3plate, 3.5plate for 10 reps in BP, squat and dead
Just want to stop being a fat fuck and get to 90kg bw before caring about gains again

Hahah yeah, I go to Anytime. I want to switch to a powerlifting/strongman gym because they'll have more plates and more equipment that's useful to me but the gym I go to is a literal two minute walk from my front door so it's hard to not just stay there.

Plan to cut down to 68KG (or whatever is my 12% BF). Want to try and get 2pl8 bench and my 4pl8 deadlift that I had before 'rona. Mostly just wanna increase in size. Been doing calisthenics rings in the meantime and have increased my pullups and dips exponentially.
