>no onion in the meatballs
come on, now.

>half of it is fat

this recipe is for keto only, step aside

>onion
>not keto
What? It’s a fucking vegetable nigga

switch ground beef for ground turkey
add in whatever amount of onion you want because fuck you
laugh at the keto fags

>argument is about the relative amount of fat
>countering it by saying it's good
By that logic I should eat a brick of butter because it's healthy.

Ngmi

God I hate Americans

fair amount of carbs for a vegetable, depends how much you use really. an average whole onion has 14g, for most ketards that's over half of the carbs you can have

It all comes down to calories. Fat, protein, carbs. It doesn't matter.

it literally is you mong

I'm fat and trans btw not sure if it matters

>until homogenous

Good recipes for protein powder pancakes/waffles/wafers/similar that don’t have large quantities of other ingredients? Something with protein powder, egg, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and some spices would be ideal.

A lot of recipes seem to be half Splenda.

What's funny about it?

Is there a more based food than Oyakodon?
>2 eggs
>Chicken breast
>Some rice
>Easy yummy sauce
>Takes

>Being this Jewish
Yikes

That’s an asinine leap in logic and you know it.
He’s trying to rebut that fat, inherently, is bad for you. It is not. Too much of it can be, and frankly the recipe could stand to lose some, but now you just look like a jackass.
