I am fucking done, mentally, after work. When I go to the gym I feel like I have no physical or mental strength to do anything even though my job is 100% sedentary. And when I was studying I've spent 2 hour in the gym for each session but now if I do so I'll barely have any time for anything else... Looks like I'm never going to make it.
I spit in the bourgeois gym's face and find my own way.
Jace Nguyen
What's your job?
Justin Collins
Discipline. I often have 70 hour labour intense workweeks and I still workout 3 times on those weeks. Even when I'm exhausted and feel like dropping right where I stand. No excuses, do what you want to do.
Angel Morris

don't lie you may be mentally weak but physically you should only perform like 80% of what you would on a normal day you mentally weak bitch
Jaxson Gutierrez
>When I go to the gym I feel like I have no physical or mental strength GOOD Now you have to push yourself harder
how long have you been working? unless your job is stressful as fuck you get used to it. if you don't there's also the option to save up some money and go part time.
Ayden Kelly
Ah look, you're sitting at a computer all day, i thought you had a physical job in which case yeah maybe there's an excuse for being tired after work but youre just being a bitch
Sack up and try harder you faggot
Blake Lee
i had the same problem and i had a sedentary job, thats why i moved out with my sister, seriously if you have silbings around your age just move with them, the more, the better
Julian Martinez
go before work.
>in b4 "but its too early waaah waaaah"
if it matters to you you'll do it. it obviously doesn't matter to you
Ryan Martin
So you're unemployed?
Zachary Hernandez
yes
Zachary Williams
Well thats not good either, you can't live with your sister forever, both of you need to have your own lives
Liam Green

Brayden Davis
if she gets a husband and her husband doesnt accept he will have to go, i dont have a problem with being that 39 year old aunt who lifts and does nothing else
Gabriel Lee
I've been doing software development for a decade, it's exhausting if you go all out every work day. Learn to work at a more sustainable pace, otherwise you'll burn yourself out
It's not just you though, even though you're not moving heavy shit, it's still pretty brutal
Camden Gomez
in so sorry user, quit while you can it’s not as great as normies/redditfags have made it out to be >was dev. for 2 years >quit >life has been much better since
Robert Thompson
This is the correct answer. It will be shit for a weak, but pretty soon you will wake up naturally at 5:30. And you will feel better for tackling the hardest job first thing, go into work with tons of energy and flex on the normies.
Landon Smith
Not sure if that's how it's going to work out for you
Justin Gomez
I have considered driving to the gym, then take two shots of hard liqueur. But I guess the only good long term strategy is taking a nap
Charles Johnson
You're tired BECAUSE you're sedantery. Not even memeing, those kinds of jobs are soul destroying. I just got fired from one, and honestly its a relief of a sort, even though I don't have an income right now.
James Baker
What are you working towards? Are you done with college/uni and in the 22-25 gap? then go make friends and enjoy the rest of your crazy years before the societal pressures to cuck you set in. If not, are you studying? Know that you're better than your colleagues and just there to get through uni until you graduate.
Are you 25-30 and this is your post-college job? then you put yourself in that position.
Angel Howard
do some sarms or roids and stop wasting your time.
Blake Ross
Get up from the computer and move around every 30 minutes. Use a standing desk. Drink a ton of water so you have to get up and piss. Take preworkout before you go to the gym. Workout before work. Do cocaine. There’s tons of ways to overcome it. I’m a financial advisor and work from 6 to 6 every day. I look forward to my gym sesh. I start my sesh off by chalking pre pre, jumping on a treadmill and working up to a sprint. It gets my heart rate up and basically puts me in an “all out” mode.
Nicholas Rivera
Work out before work faggot. Will be hard at first but you'll get used to it. Also rocking up to the office with a pump feels good. If you are too weak to go through with this, forget about it you are not going to make it. Don't bother posting on fit again they will just be mundane posts bitching and complaining trying to find shortcuts
Jeremiah Lewis
why did you get fired?
Ayden Anderson
Gym before you work? I've been a wagie for like a couple of weeks now, and some days i could theoretically go before gym. But man, why are you so tired? I could manage gymming after work, you just need tge mentality that its ok to be tired. If that doesnt work, honestly take a fucking break man, wait for your motivation to come back.
Jayden Gonzalez
start going to bed early I bet you browse your time away every night till 1 AM or somethin
