Is it just me or is benchpress the best feeling exercise of them all? I always look forward to lying down and just shoving weights in the sky, and instead of making my whole body exhausted it only does so with my arms, feels so great

I want to buy adjustable weight dumbbells, but the product is said to work up to a limit of 30 kgs.
What the fuck should happen if I load more?
I mean its a fucking 35x2.5 cm cylinder, its too short to actually bend. Same thickness barbell starts bending at 120 kg and its 6 times longer.

What can I replace ground beef with?
I am not a vegan, just hate the beef.
Chicken, eggs, fish, I can eat shitton of them

Because some Candlejack said th

Just keep taking it. The bloat goes down after the loading phase

Are you washing once a day or twice? I'd recommend once at night unless you're a really sweaty sleeper and feel like you really need it when you wake up.
If twice, in the morning use a micellar water on a cotton pad to just wipe down and then a moisturizing sunscreen. In the evening, check out Cetaphil's Gentle Daily Cleanser. It's pretty baseline and it's cheap and in a convenient pump. Then follow with a thicker moisturizer with no SPF, obviously.
If only washing once a day, still use a sunscreen in the morning, then you can wash with the Cetaphil and moisturize at night.

You're the Britfag user from the other day, right? I'm almost certain you're reading the product description wrong. It probably means the db set comes with enough plates to make 30kg, it's not that 30kg is the maximum strain the metal is rated for and it'll catastrophically fail if you try curling 31kg.

Ground turkey.

No. At the very most you can cut for 24 hours on Sunday. Any longer and it isnt Sunday any more.

I developed my muscles but also have fat on me, can I do a lot of cardio without losing my gains?

I am not sure I have understood isometric stretching correctly. If I want to do isometric stretching for the front split, I have to stretch normally as far as possible, then hold the position for 30 seconds while contracting my quads as if I wanted to get up (i.e. to bring my legs closer)?

It seems counter-intuitive.

Ask /fast/ but they'll say hell yes.

In my personal experience go hard for 24-48 hours then maintenance.
If you come off it expect to be bloated for about a week.

Hi bong, that's likely the set even the poorest quality Chinese sets typically have 50kg to the mini bars.

Is there a difference in splitting your training amount in 2 with several hours in between and doing it in one block?

Any flatfoot anons here?

Should I be using my orthodics when squatting/deadlifting? Used to just do it barefoot but been using lifting shoes for the past year. I wear them when running and I dont have any pain or issues but I dont want to fuck up my spine in the future

thanks for the reply!

I don't really wash my face that much, but I've had small blackheads on my nose forever. generally not noticeable but I want to take care of it as well as just have better skin health in general.

so to answer your question, I specifically wash my face maybe once a week, but it gets rinsed in the shower everyday - often with soap or shampoo incidentally.

I'm answering for them.
They'd add you'd need to fast for more than 48h to fully feel the effects of autophagy, but 6:1 is not bad and efficient for weightloss.

Then call her back for another good moment of genuine enjoyment you'd conclude with a move or not.

I have a buddy offering to sell me his rack, bar, adjustable bench and probably 300lbs worth of plates for $500. I have absolutely no idea of how good a deal that is, anybody who's bought their own equipment able to enlighten me?

Been working out in 95 degree heat in my garage and have notice I'm sweatier every workout to the point today I was completely soaked 15 minutes into my workout, is this just a thing? Also what are the necessities to eat when you're sweating a ton to not feel like shit? Handful of salt, banana, a shit ton of water?
