im on day 7 dnp. I tapered down from 400 to 200 between yesterday and today. I went from 15% to 12% but I don't know if i should keep going above 200 since i should only need another week to get sub 10%. thoughts?

Lower is better from what I have found using DNP. No need to eat more poison than necessary and risk cooking yourself alive. Id stick to 200

my experience has been pretty much the opposite. being on dnp is a pain in the ass regardless of dosage so higher for a shorter amount of time works better for me than lower for a longer period of time
after day 10-11 I usually give up so I just go as high as I can handle for those 10-11 days

Thoughts on fertility and natural test not recovering on a cycle?
I've been working out for a year, 5'11", 150 lbs, between 10-12% BF (yes really, no I'm not posting a picture of myself) and want to get to my natty limit early and then maintain it naturally. I figure 16 weeks of Test-E @ 500mg a week and 8 weeks on Anavar @ 20-30mg a day during the last 8 weeks of the cycle should put me pretty close to my natty limit (my goal is 180 lbs at 12% BF). This is a fairly basic beginners cycle, but I'm afraid of going infertile, permanently shrinking my balls, or permanently fuck up my natural test production.
What do you guys think of running 1-2 cycles like this? I have no plan of going above 500mg/week of Test or using Tren, Deca, Dbol, Adrol, or any of the more side effect prone steroids.
I don't feel really good hyping up DNP due to its side effects so all I'll say is 's experience is fairly par for the course and his dosage is relatively low compared to "recommended" dnp doses. do a loooot of research if you're thinking about fucking with DNP.

What's a good dose and pinning frequency for eq? Reddit says upwards of 2g per week which sounds insane, and with a half-life of 14 days you're basically still on a month after last pin Yes, change syringe you cheapskate. Why would you reuse it? They come sterile for a reason and they're cheap.

permanently shrunk balls doesn't happen, they come back once you're off (and you can even use hcg if you want big balls while on), sterility is rare and if it does happen there are protocols (namely hcg+hmg) to bring fertility back. testosterone production also usually comes back but it's not unheard of for it to be lower than it was naturally pre-cycle.

Yes. I just want to cheat and get to my natural limit early. I figure if I do 1-2 cycles I'll get there within a year, but if I stay natty it'll take me another 4-5 years (if not more). If I stay within my body's limits then I won't be reliant on TRT to maintain my gains. I just want to be strong and look good, I'm not a body builder or in any competitions.

I'm On 200 it's definitely bearable but the 5 days where I let 400 build up in my system is still affecting me. Lost a great amount of fat but it was pretty horrible. I'll probably just taper back up so that I can be about done on day 10 and then just experiment with lose doses and lower carbs.

I don't get what you're not getting? I don't know what my natural limit really is, but lets say it's 180 lbs @ 12%. If I want to go above that I either need to gain fat or use steroids to surpass that limit. I want to get to whatever that limit is, whatever amount of muscle my body is naturally capable of and that I can maintain naturally. I don't want to be one of those huge guys who used steroids when then were younger and are forced between losing their muscle or having to be on TRT for the rest of their life. Don't get me wrong, I admire their aesthetic and the work they put in to get there, but I don't want to become dependant like that.
