I'm 18 and I want to start weightlifting. I have a budget to afford a good gym and a healthy and big diet. Can you guys point me to good exercises I should do and if you can tell me what I should eat.
I'm a male 18 years old, 186cm tall and ~84kg.
Sorry for the weird English I'm from Eastern Europe.

thank me later, kid
Starting out, you really can't go wrong with getting into the 4 big lifts: squats, deadlifts, bench press, and OHP. Do these 5x5 at the gym. Start off with just the bar and then work your way up, but no need to rush OHP. Also, try to eat a shit ton of protein
my only tips is focus on the simpler stuff like the big compound movements and do some basic concentration stuff if you want (like bicep curls or shoulder lateral raises)

I did and I'm confused, but can you point me out. I would very much appreciate it fren.
Read the sticky. Read harsh's fit wiki. Read the mayo clinic's guide to stretching. Start with bodyweight exercises. Get out there and find some weights or join a beginners gym like planet fitness.
What confuses you? It's pretty straightforward

Thank you very much, I googled and I think these are relatively easy exercises. There are a lot of local farms here so I can get fresh milk amd eggs.
