>3x12
Yeahhhh obviously not the best routine. Plus its a bunch of niche exercises that noone should use. Not enough compound movements either

This is truly one of the worst routines I've ever seen. Jeff is an outright fraud.

That's right

That's right

Some very strange exercise choices in there, but to be fair, he does make it clear that his routines are for general athleticism and not hypertrophy or max strength.

I do 3-4x8-12. Whats wrong with it.

what a load of bollox

Basically confuses you with a bunch of bullshit to make it look like it's sick stuff you haven't been doing.

monday has to be a meme

Fkn kek imagine paying money for this.

doing 3-4 sets of 10 rep of 5-6 exercises will murder you, especially if you're on the beginner side of exercising.

we don't know the goals for this routine either, and it doesn't look that bad.

retards here will just do squats curls and deadlifts and call that a complete workout.

hope he sees this bro

kek

This thread reminded me that I bought inferno size back in 2018 but was unable to complete it. You really need to have the core lifts perfected before trying one if his routines

>general athleticism
he would still benefit from strength programming

it is though

>retards here will just do squats curls and deadlifts and call that a complete workout
dyels pls go

>majority niche bullshit exercises that nobody would ever think to do
>every single exercise in the 10-12 rep range
>hur dur yep this is how I built my physique
Fake natty confirmed

>niche exercises

It's quite obvious from this program that it focuses on metabolic overload. These aren't niche exercises, these are exercises designed by a physical therapist.

Higher rep ranges are perfect for muscular endurance and athletic performance, they also strengthen the connective tissue and tendons, which further helps prevent injury.

Most people on this board have no understanding of nutrition science nor exercise science, which is also compounded by the fact that most of the people on this board are children that are in their prime years, whose bodies are able to do things that they will physically be unable to do in 10-15 years.

here's another fraudleanx program

No facepulls?

>they also strengthen the connective tissue and tendons
low reps also do this, infact most exercises do this

>Dumbbell squat
>3-4 sets TO FAILURE
>"Use enough weight that you fail within 10-12 reps"
Imagine how weak you'd realistically have to be to fail a dumbbell squat in 10-12 reps. And he's having that weak novice not only go to failure, but go to failure fucking 3-4 times in a row to START a workout.

Muscle growth far outpaces tendon and connective tissue growth.

Noticeable muscle gains can be made in a week. It can take up to two months to notice tendon / connective tissue gains.

Also, not everyone has the goal to tack on as much muscle as possible to their frame. Judging a workout routine just based on what it is and not the goals of the person for whom it is designed for is absolutely retarded. Fitness is much more than just seeing how much weight you can lift.

>Some very strange exercise choices in there, but to be fair, he does make it clear that his routines are for general athleticism and not hypertrophy or max strength.
>and not hypertrophy or max strength

>Muscle growth far outpaces tendon and connective tissue growth.
so to remedy this he does hypertrophy workouts? the ones that make muscle grow faster?
>Judging a workout routine just based on what it is and not the goals of the person for whom it is designed for is absolutely retarded.
who was it designed for, user? competing athletes? beginners? because in either scenario this routine will do nothing for performance

>price ends in $7

Whoever tricked all these gurus and trainers to end their prices in 7 because "people will be more inclined to buy it!" need to be fucking shot.

>this routine will do nothing for performance

[citation needed]

This is legit the worst program I've ever seen.

That'll be $97, bro.
