Squat is a woman. You have to keep them in every lower session, give them lots of attention and accessories, or they try to screw you over with doms, increasingly nag you with little things you're doing wrong and can't get right, and try to take at least half your gains anytime you stop giving them what they decide is appropriate time.

guys i made a 45 kg weight for bench presses but I haven't really worked out before. I'm 195cm, 87kg and relatively fit. i was wondering how would you recommend me to use it effectively and not fuck my shit up

if he committed to bloating I think 500 squat is doable in a year. Or if he commited to cutting and running only I think a single mile in 5:00 is doable. Not both within a year.
