Chronic Fatigue

Anyone know how to cure chronic fatigue? For months now, I have woken up every day with my limbs feeling heavy and weak. My legs literally feel like I've done leg workouts when I haven't worked out in months. My arms when I use them feel like they have recently been recovering from a workout. I always feel like a shakey feeling. I never feel energetic. I'm taking many vitamins and eating well but nothing works. Please help me, working is even hard and tiresome.

Nitic oxide supplements helped me with that. Ymmv.

Sounds like it’s in your head, take a week off lifting and stop doing retarded shit at the gym (deadlifts). Your body has a finite amount of fatigue it can withstand, so exercises that have good fatigue to gains ratios, or stop bitching about fatigue. You can’t do everything, so optimize based on your goals

eat more

It really isn't in my head. My legs literally shake as if it were leg day and I haven't done workouts in forever now.

What are you a woman? Vitamin D and Zinc are the only two vitamins and minerals you need to take extra of. Maybe some Vit C if you don't eat any fruit, many people don't.

He just said he hasn't been to the gym in awhile dumbass. Read the OP past the title.

yeh my doctor last year said I was extremely low in vitamin D. How does that vitamin relate to my exhaustion?

So read the first sentence of the reply, dumb fuck

All I know is they say it's good for your bones, and probably other stuff. I figure bones are important. Vitamin D is the one most don't get enough of something about how the body needs sunlight to make it like a plant or some shit I dunno. Either way take that shit, and take it with food, taking those tablets on an empty stomach means you piss the shit away mostly.

Alright. Yeah man it's fucked. I'll be delivering packages that are just 5 pounds or less through the day and I get fucking absolutely exhausted now. I use to be a power horse and now my limbs are heavy and I just want to lay down all the time. It's weird as fuck. My arms feel like I have been curling 40 pound dumbbells and are in the resting/repair phase and I haven't touched a weight in months since this became a thing. Shit is fucked.

Hmm, odd

perhaps you should see another doctor, and ask for way more tests and a specialist referral.

Multivitamins don't work, because a lot of minerals counteract each other.
The most common one is magnesium deficiency. The simplest way is to avoid foods high in calcium and drink mineral water that is high in Mg but low in Ca.
If that doesn't work, it might be to much zinc or too little copper, or too much iron, too little manganese. B12 deficiency should be unlikely if you took vitamins.

This could also legitimatelly be hypothyroidism or even cancer

Do you ever feel like super winded and heavy-lunged when you wake up and shit? Could be sleep apnea. I had the same symptoms and got a diagnosis of it. Granted I was a fat fuck but it can affect fit people as well from what I understand.

How can I find out if it's these? Just visit a doctor?

cardiology ASAP - many heart problems can expose themselves as "fatigue"

Yes

no, all I have is that my limbs feel very tired and my body can't be too active otherwise ill get nauseated

Could legitimately be Polymyalgia Rheumatica - fast onset weakness and muscle breakdown in proximal musculature (i.e. legs, core and shoulders/arms). Often found in older people when they start struggling with getting up from the floor.

Chronic fatigue is just being tired as all hell and unable to do anything at all, much more associated with cancer.

Do you have any autoimmune diseases?

Have you been cutting for a long time?

I have hypoglycemia

No.

And I myself aren't tired. My mind and exhausted feeling is coming really from my muscles not cooperating with me. My limbs feel physically exhausted but I feel energetic in my head. I feel like I can do more but my limbs will not keep up with me and the more I push myself to just deliver packages at work, the more nauseated I get. I literally get sick feeling if I work with this going on

my mind isn't exhausted but my limbs are* is what I meant to say

Yeah, i'd get it checked out if i were you. Contact a rheumatologist and explain your symtoms. They might want to run a lab panel for auto-antibodies. Do you have any familial history of SLE, PMR or any vasculitis? Even APS? Might help you find the reason.

But from what you describe i'd go to a doctor and get myself checked out. PMR is very treatable, but you want to catch it early enought that id does not destroy too many muscle fibres.

Yeesh I hope I don't have cancer...my wife is pregnant

Are you a burger without health insurance? Why would you ask this on the internet and not consult a specialist?

you're so fucking stupid

Don't ask this retarded board, go to a doctor.

Get checked for Lyme disease user

I did get bit my a tick some months ago...
