Aren't T1s supposed to be run differently on jacked and tan?

Add more back work and less bullshit. You're doing shit loads of pushing and barely any pulling. Pretty much every GZCL default template includes back work every say so idk why you've got 0 lat work but direct calf and bicep work.

Are Barbell rows not enough?
