Threadly, but non-spamming, clearly relevant, specifically on topic, greatly informative, 100% sincere and not trolling, high quality, non-avatar-fagging, and otherwise rule abiding reminder for you unlifting user CHODEs to post body/lifts and get a trip. Tripping is the only way anyone will believe anything you have to say about anything. And only if you demonstrate at least one of the following: >A squat in excess of both 2.5 times bodyweight AND 500 lbs >A deadlift in excess of both 2.5 time bodyweight AND 500 lbs >A bench press in excess of both 1.5 times bodyweight AND 350 lbs >A The Press in excess of both body weight AND 220.462 lbs >A body that Zig Forums won't roundly criticize (good fucking luck) If you can't manage at least one of these, shut the fuck up, go to the gym, and try harder.
And another unrelated reminder that >anyone displaying excessive (this is arbitrary) arching gets beat with a stick and the lift doesn't count >anyone pulling sumo gets beat with a stick and disqualified >20% of the entry fee goes to beer There, I fixed powerlifting.
Jesus christ is me gaining 10lbs for every 5lbs gained on my bench a sign I need to give up lifting? Finished candito's bench program and only got 5 lbs added on my max

Vertical leap is, indisputably, the best way to measure the raw ability to accelerate your own ass. You only deny this because you're a shitty little flatfooted nerd of a loser with an equally embarrassing vertical leap.
No one cares that you managed to train your way to an LMAO4PLAET deadlift. No one is impressed by your flawless golf swing technique. Sports have more options than ever, and it's all about the genetically predetermined VERTICAL LEAP and 40Y DASH TIME. When are you losers gonna learn? It's either CHAD GENETICS or HANK RESULTS!
I has an question for you Smolov Jr bros. I finished my last workout of the program yesterday and I'm wondering how much longer should I wait before testing my max again. A borger for your time.
I was, eating my fill and jamming out in the gym. Giving each set my best. ....ok fine I wasn't Ive now done SS, smolov jr, a generic hypertrophy program (That one decreased my bench max), and candito. Do you have any program suggestions?
Brayden Ross
I'm going to die alone
Christopher Edwards
one week after your last workout, 9 days max

What's your bench and what have you noticed you react best to?
Parker Stewart
Do a murder suicide if you are so worried about going out alone
Best bench as of 2 weeks ago is 295, 290 went up way better. I responded quite well to smolov jr the first 2 times, 25 lbs then 20 lbs, third time i got 10 lb and the last time I tried I got 5 lbs (all several months apart). Thats the only program ive tried that I responded well to. Thanks
Camden Cooper
So Tuesday next week then, thanks. I don't like the idea of taking that much time off but what do I know.
Xavier Garcia
When you do that much overreaching you need a little longer to recover. If you are really itching to workout you can probably do really light weight benching to keep the pattern fresh and blood flowing

So you'd probably benefit the most from a program with lots of sets of comp bench. Could make your own programming, do Sheiko (which I don't recommend but it's a great example of lots of comp bench sets), Hepburn, and Conjugate. Given it seems you react best to "heavy" sets, Sheiko or Hepburn are probably your best options in terms of canned programs. Sheiko would be higher bench frequency, which you'd also probably like and respond well to. I unfortunately don't know of any other programming with lots of submax comp bench work like those listed above. If anyone else can contribute, please do so. If you absolutely don't want to create your programming, then Sheiko would likely be the way to go, as much as I don't want to say it.

That’s what I was thinking. If I get it I’ll post it here first.
