I somehow like /BBG/
interesting thread when there is some activity

I'm hoping that it's successful. Though I think Zig Forums has a dearth of actual people that lift and compete.
I'm hoping to flesh out the OP a little more, maybe with some beginner links or something.

Such as...?

How many big dudes have given you advice? Has anyone been rude so far?

would you recommend doggcrapp for a natty? what about its little volume?

I think natural vs enhanced doesn't really matter, but your temperament does. If you're not ready to really put in the work and grind reps out to complete failure no matter how hard it is, then DC isn't for you.
With respect to the volume question: the goal of a hypertrophy program (imo) is to create reps near failure, then allow you to recover and do it again. Traditional volume programs do this with multiple sets and exercises with lesser intensity. DC does this by pushing one or two really hard sets and forcing those reps out, but not doing any more than necessary to get those critical reps. The low volume is a feature, since you can get more "growth phases" that way. At least in theory, more smaller growth phases are worth more than fewer bigger ones.
It's just a different way to do the same thing, but theoretically more efficiently. Most people can't generate the needed intensity, or just don't want to do it all the time.

Anything related to mike israetel

Also highly recommend both iron culture and revive stronger for podcasts

No ones ever been rude, i used to ask all sorts of questions when i first started going. If anything i think it strokes peoples egos so they are more than happy to oblige.
Like what are you doing what is that good for kind of thing. Learned a lot of cool cable exercises this way.
Reserved my one hour cuck block at the college gym first day back at it in a week :( anyone know of good ways to spend a strict hour in the gym for maximum efficiency? I usually spend twice as much time

got carried away and accidentally did shittons of reps on my right arm, alot mroe than I should. But not my left
how do I proceed? extra rest days? give my left arm extra reps next session?

>anyone know of good ways to spend a strict hour in the gym for maximum efficiency?
Rest pause and supersets, I guess. Basically anything that'll trade volume for intensity and reduce the number of sets you're doing. Which lifts were you planning to do?

You don't need to adjust your training to account for your masturbation, user. I guess you could just swap hands next time for balance.

I fap with my left hand bro but ok

First day at the campus gym so i was gonna get a lay of the land
Probably gonna focus on push then maybe some arms?
Maybe half hour db press/incline superset tricep pullover then overhead press 15 min finish my last fifteen with biceps?? I hate having to plan out an hour desu

Ok, fine, serious answer... Probably just pretend it never happened, unless you're recovery is affected. You might end up doing fewer reps next time on that arm.
How did you even end up doing a bunch of extra reps on one side?

I turned on a moranbong concert and got so tranced that I just started working out furiously
I lost count how much reps I did on my right arm but they were a fucking shitload.

I cant fuckin breath with this cloth mask on

I only have issues with mine when I'm breathing like crazy, like when I do high rep squats or something. But it can be kind of a pain, yeah. I have one that my girlfriend sewed up for me, and it's not too thick.

Is this nashua bro?this is manchester bro, i have to wear one in gym at school. First time for me. Its deff affecting my work capacity, im gonna try out a different mask next time cuz i was gasping like crazy with this cloth one.
Anyways: is this a pullover machine??? Never seen one in person before

I've been catching up on the old episodes of those podcasts since 2 weeks ago. Really worth it. I also follow the same people. I Would add Fouad and his podcasts to the list

That's me, yeah. I don't have to wear one at my gym, but I do anyway. Too many at-risk people in my life. Definitely see if you can find one a little thinner, it's a big help.
I... Think that's a pullover machine? I've never seen one in person, either, but it looks like that's the motion it would take. Does it not have any labels?

I've got to check out Fouad's stuff. Saw a YouTube video with him recently and really looked what he said. I'm so behind on podcasts, though, I'm going to have to start cherry-picking which ones I listen to.

Fouad's podcasts are timestamped pretty well for the most part. I just check the lists of issues brought up in each one and listen specifically to those, otherwise it's too time consuming.

Ugh, I love it when they do that. Now I'm in.

No labels: if its not a pullover machine well fuck ik uaing it like one
Looks like the gym here gets more female traffic than male it was me 3 girls and a kid who did nothing but curls for forty min
Incoming group was two girls
Other than that the cutie gym receptionist said theres been little interest in the gym, hoping to get familiar with athletic staff and get more leeway with time
Felt great to put some work in, its been almost a week
I take it the purchase is worth it? Ive been mulling iver snagging a copy

Quiet gym best gym.
If the purchase you're referring to was the encyclopedia, then just google around for a PDF, it's pretty easy to get your hands on. I didn't buy it, I'm a cheapskate.

Sergio Oliva > Arnold Schwarzenegger

Thats a good point im a fuckin cheap bastard

My experience midway through my fourth week as natty (lifted before but never a bb program), id like to say im seeing gains but i havent put on a ton of weight yet. Starting yesterday i am upping my carbs more. The regular cardio could be why its going slow. Sleeping alot more now but i also started a new job a week after i started. I guess the only thing i dislike is that i spend most of the day either absolutely stuffed or fucking starving

What are your diet and cardio like? It sounds like something is fucky.
