no. eat your omad today and get back on the wagon tomorrow. skipping your omad today (and therefore even further breaking your eatting pattern) will only make you feel shittier tomorrow.

trust me, i've been down this path before. consistency is more important than anything else. stick to your omad every day even if you lost control and binged yesterday.

I'm refeeding standard and the first two days of the next roll are harder than after a keto refeed, but not as hard as a cold start. For me at least.

Why would this negate anything? The only real concern I could think of is if you're taking it with caffeine which might accelerate your dehydration.

Depends on you, m8. If you're still active I would break the ketosis to give your muscles a bit more ready glycogen, but that's a preference thing. I lift with significant difference when I've had carbs in the refeed.

Because of the insulin response, if any.

Just stay keep fasting. The insulin response tapers off after a few hours of taking the yhcl, so as long as you're not diabetic there's no issue.

Not him but your piss will be a bit bubbly during ketosis, outside of ketosis it's normal amber or light yellow with no slight bubbling or a cat piss smell. Usually people enter it in the night and can tell in the morning piss if they kept it up

I've been doing a mix of one meal and 16:8 with keto for a month now, with one three day fast. I'm off for three days on Friday so I'm gonna try finally doing a 14 day fast. Wish me fucking luck guys, I'm gonna stop vaping during that so it doesn't fuck me up, which is gonna be the hard part.

Do fiber supplements break fasts? They have calories but you typically negate them from your net carb intake.
