Is it possible to get these gains without equipment?

I don't really have the resources to use equipment so I was wondering if getting to pic related is possible if your relatively "skinny fat".

I've been slowly improving. I've lost 25 pounds in the last year or so just from eating less, though I do admit I could be eating better foods with nutrional value. I feel like I'm at the point where I'd like to incorporate physical activity.

The girl in pic related is where I'd really like to be as my goal. Also, the girl in pic related mentioned using equipment to get her phyique though which is not a resource I have, so while it may take longer for me to get there I was wondering if its possible

Trust me when I say that the physique in the image doesn’t require substantial exercise. That’s what a a woman looks like who takes moderate control of herself.

You don’t need to get any equipment/ gym membership. Simply begin jogging regularly (this is so fucking important), perhaps watch a “no equipment, home workout” YouTube video, and fix your fucking diet. There is nothing with less value than a sow woman; simply because it’s so easy not to be a pig. Becoming a pig is indicative of close to zero standards for yourself.

she looks like she's got around 20% bodyfat. Her legs tell you that she does strength training though. Get your diet in check, do cardio like jogging 2-3 times a week for 3 miles to get your bodyfat down. For the leg gains, what I've kept my leg musculature during lockdown with was hillsprints (steep hill, run up as fast as you can for a distance of 30-40 meters, walk down, repeat for a total of 4-5 sets two times a week) and riding my bike.

the main thing you need to do is just keep dieting and start praying your natural fat deposition and bone structure is good. general bodyweight exercises would help your strength but it won't make a huge difference aesthetically unless you take the hypertrophy route pretty seriously.
