The nipgooks eat mostly rice, and it's a big cultural no-no to eat "side dish" (i.e. anything that isn't rice or soup) twice in a row, without a big chunk of white rice in between. Their word for rice is the word for meal.

Oats is about the best grain you can find, but you should still stay away from grains. I mean in small portions it's OK, plain yogurt would taste like garbage without it, and it's much healthier than the shit you eat anyway so for you it would be a net positive allright. This is retard magic thinking. Yes, as a percentage of total diet the japanese consume a very high PORTION from rice. But they aren't eating 3,000, 4,000 calories a day like American megafats. They eat less overall, most people in most places in Japan walk a good part of the time and they end up being thing.

Most rice from south east Asia is also full of heavy metals and pesticides. Vietnamese rice is practically poison.
There's obviously exceptions to my listing above, like sourdough bread is superior to white rice. Rice and bread are really similar actually. Oh and fructose present in the amount in a fruit can be beneficial, just like a tsp of honey. Don't blanket demonize simple sugars.

Potatoes raise insulin which makes you hungrier faster. Rice is a clean carb, good for cutting. Depends on the kind of rice though. Enriched is trash, go with some jasmine from your local asian market.

Yeah just make sure they are cooked well and you eat them warm and chew on them properly to break down the starch. Don't store them in the fridge and you shouldn't precook them and store them in the fridge, they have to be eaten freshly cooked or else the starch turns into resistant starch which ur body can't break down.
