I replaced binge drinking on weekends with potato chips. In both cases it is around 3000kcal per weekend I don't need, but I need something to look forward while going full spartan during week. At least this way I don't fuck up protein synthesis and get hangovers.

I fucked my math up it's 13g of fats but also only 720 calories. but i also take out the egg yolk from the hard boiled eggs which might drop that. either way whatever.
it's a chicken salad i get from a store + isopure 2 scoops for 50g of protein. may have to start doing 3 scoops for another 25g of protein and some extra calories.

I'm still losing weight and overall I would say I'm happy with how its going. I'm able to stay at a net loss calorie wise even when not accounting for exercise. This is while eating the foods that I historically had trouble with and when my body is starving after exercise. I actually think moving when I eat further away from when I'm exercising will have better result than eating right after. I've had a few days where I didn't eat until several hours after hitting the gym and I didn't eat nearly as much and was full faster.

starting weight was probably 270lbs (less or more). i didnt have a scale at the time though so that's not very reliable.
im now at 239lbs. i also started lifting on that same day which was 2 months ago now. im motivated, only had 1 cheat meal for my birthday and that was still just a delicious steak/bbq beans which probably isn't much of a cheat meal.

Go buy some pork tenderloin or lean ground beef. Roughly the same calorie and protein profile and it gives you more options food wise.
You can also pick up some low carb tortillas which are 5 carbs and 110 calories. There is a lot you can do.
