Every other day for 3-4 weeks then rest for 5-7 days. That worked the best for me. Foam rolling on the forearms will help. U have to figure out the volume ure able to do to push urself but dont burn out completely before 3-4 weeks and u should not work on too much things.

Have u guys ever seen a longer hold on maletese then this? The longest ive seen before this was xian gang pao holding dragon maltese for 22s, its a harder variation mostly on the wrists and he did a better for imo but holding maltese for 30 seconds by this funzion is crazy
