Do a shit ton of farmer carries. It wasn't my intention to jack my shoulders, but I did anyways thanks to farmer carries for a whole year.
train delts, do ohp, never forget rear delts
I do weighted dips, weighted decline push ups elevated, and side lateral raises. Rear delts I just do face pulls and inverted rows.
>mfw always forgot about rear delts
>forward shoulders looks like i have a huge back
uhhh
I would say push heavy objects... Lifting things is more of a pull, retard.
Pretty good progress, for a twink.
Likewise, I did a couple years of throwing 50lbs bags of gravel and soil around, sometimes 15,000lbs in a day. That’ll do it.
what's your weight in both pics?
Lifting is moving any object in the direction opposite of that of gravity.
When benching or overhead pressing you are LIFTING the weight.
We can have a discussion regarding if you are lifting with machines or when doing calisthetics but pressing a barbell is definitly lifting, frendo.
db fly
monkey fly
rear delt fly
overhead press
>Lateral db rasises.

Handstands.
If Chiyonofuji is anyone to go by to.
>500 push ups / day
>over head dumbbell push
>pushing with hands against pole/wall like other sumo wrestlers
I'm sure there are better workouts, though.
Also get any kind of euro-/plasticbox, will it till desired weight and lift it like pic related.
Rear delt flyes
become a rock climber
What i noticed about my delts is they don't really show unless theyre pumped, like if I had a 3 day break they'd be hiding n shit, like normie delts, but when I train them they pop out. weird muscle bruh
This. Every movement is a pull movement.
rear delt flyes for the back of the shoulder cap.
overhead Military presses for the front of the shoulder cap.
Don't overdo it. Shoulder injuries are a bitch.
