Since women seem to love veiny arms, I figured I would give that a good shot. I'm above average fit (185cm, 76kg) and work out 5 times a week (once cardio, other is focused on muscle groups). Is there any specific thing I can do for my lower arms to get slightly protruding veins that clickbait websites don't already tell you (just stuff I already do).

Carbs and salt, but in moderation, obviously. You don't want to fuck up your blood pressure. Also for me "static" holds helped a lot more with vascularity. Hanging from a bar, farmer's carry etc.

They're genetic , but cut carbs and do more cardio , especially HIIT , that's what helped me.
Not a literal life hack, just something that I should know about that everyone doesn't already tell me. I'm asking for experience.

This is a troll, do not increase your sodium intake as it will make your body hold on to water, veins only poke through when you are dehydrated and salt is going to inhibit that. Get a wrist and forearm blaster and do those after each workout, you can take up bouldering or playing tennis, those will workout your forearms for mass and veins. Also increase potassium intake

let you arm hang free, grab your arm right like in the pic but put your thumb under your armpit, also don't need to apply pressure to you delts, just feel your veins with that thumb and move it around until you fell like there is pressure building up in your entire arm,
Works best during the time when there is good blood flow to your arm but you haven't got a pump in my experience
