Yeah but Canada's population is only 5.4 million. USA has a population close to 500 million people. So with some quick equations you can see that Canada = 9k/2.4 million is roughly 12.3% of the entire country where America is only affected .05% of entire country. So yes, they handled it better in that regard. You cant argue with math.
