A number of my employers and acquantinces were Freemasons. Growing up, I had a friend who was DeMolay. OP here. I dont know what it accomplishes. But its interesting that they choose these symbols to create their logos around. These symbols have a message in them, they have a meaning. I would expect tech companies to use tech-ish symbols or no symbols at all, just a logo with no special meaning to it.
