Remember this guy, who appeared on Tucker's show? He organized a bunch of protesters to go to Tucker's house and say "we know where you sleep at night". Well, they also broke down door (not sure if they actually went in though), and Tucker wasn't even home. His wife was. Now the news cycle is talking about how the wife was alone, crying in the closet hoping she wouldn't be killed.
This creates an awful mental image for most people: a wife who did nothing, where an angry mob goes to her home and harasses her. Be as edgy as you want and say she deserved it, but please have a little brainpower, and understand that this looks awful. It is not a good image for letism, to let anarkiddies represent it. So, in the mainstream and realworld, we let giraffe-neck faggot represent us, and on the online sphere, we got slowtalking, passive aggressive shaun to continue the dumpster fire. I had both and it took over a week to get my door replaced three months after Harvey, if the damage was to the extent that required a replacement it would have taken a lot longer than overnight to get the door replaced. If it was cracked, then the crack must have been minor to get fixed between Wednesday night and Thursday morning. While there were still repairs in the wake of Harvey, at that time there wasn't near the backlog of work there was in the first couple of months. In the unlikely event there was significant damage to Carlson's door, even with a pile of cash the contractor would still have been there around the time the WaPo reporters arrived.
