The domains seems to all be hosted by incrediserve, and the IPs point to servers from either incrediserve or novogara. I also remember novogara being suggested by another user in a thread where somebody was asking how to host a site without it getting taken down.

Incrediserve is an IP trader, owned by the same guys as Ecatel that they use to disguise their hosting, which is normally Novogara or an Ecatel VPS reseller. Basically Ecatel, its IP trader, its internet connectivity company and all its shell companies host 99% of the CeePee on the clearnet.
