No-one knows what a leader even is these days. Apparently being a radio/podcaster or a blogger makes you a leader. Nobody asks, can this man beat someone's head in? can he climb a mountain? would men be loyal to him? does he have courage? does he have a vision?
And if they do exist, they probably don't want to hang with the 'dogs' in altkike, or they get demoted in favor of the guy that cracks the best nigger jokes.
Democracy/ or the demotic impulse/ has virtually destroyed any chance of gaining real leadership, because even if one arose, people will resent the natural hierarchy that would arise.
