This but there's more to that. You must dress and act the part too. What good are muscles if you act like an unkempt brute? Unfortunately the last Zig Forums fashion threads were extremely autistic and disinformation. Look up classic male style for an idea. It's very simple like sweaters over collared shirts or a plain white t-shirt over jeans and boots but it is timeless.
We need to curse less and speak with authority and belief in ourselves. No stuttering or whispers. This part is harder because you have to be more aware and you're going to feel autistic and even insecure but it pays off once your voice and communication skills are natural.

Add together appeals to the lowest common denominator, appeals to numales and women, and non-white advertisers; the result is the generic, boilerplate, completely sterile ukelele music you see in commercials. On a deeper level, the bubbly music and whistling/baby noises programs you towards being an dumb, infantile consumer which is the end goal of all of this, e.g. numales regressing to children getting gaming consoles for theirbirthdays and eating children's cereal for breakfast.

Very good points. Cussing is low class, low effort mongrel behavior, indicative of emotional instability. I've been practicing speaking out loud with clear enunciation from the chest for at least an hour every day. Positive results thus far. Recommend reading books aloud for this.
I won't be buying any white t-shirts, though; they don't stay white, and I'm not doing laundry in separate loads (got a life to live).
