Whites especially, through innovation eventually start building homes out of wood, taking minerals from the land to build new things, and eventually form civilized societies. Nogs and poos, are content to live in squaller and at best build a hut from crap found nearby. Nog women travel miles each day carrying water instead of moving right next to the water source and using their time for actual productive work.
