As far as the world economy crashing I agree.. but Mexico wouldn't need a military force to annex California.. They already have loyalty and the citizenry in place.. and will be even more dominant after they consolidate power.
You do bring up the prospect of warlords which is legitimate as I doubt inner Mexican gang politics would halt as the power vacuum is filled. However the mexicans do have the potential to peace share given they are able to form worldwide criminal syndicates. They most certainly could divide California in a peaceful way.. eventually.
As far as the world economy yes you are right the fiat dollar literally controls the world. But in this world you don't need fiat to survive. You need food water weaponry medicine and numbers. Also keep in mind mass casualties will likely make population much more sustainable.
Whites will find it more difficult to control their areas.. at first.. as they lack the organized functioning street gangs as a banner to fight under. However one would anticipate local police forces and veterans groups diplomatically coming together to either export the urban gang bangers… or siege them until the inevitable search and destroy.
I would imagine all 3 societies Wil not be completely homogenous as you see groups such as Indians and other small groups who have had no issues integrating in to American society and tend to be useful as they are doctors etc.
After the scope of this is settled society will have use for any skilled workers and healthcare professionals.
Minorities in small communities regardless of the race will likely be accepted as well.. given they fight alongside their community.

Civil war in the west wouldn't be civil war, it would be slaughter. The thing we really would have to worry about in a civil war is interference from Kikes, Russia, Chinks or South America, but not niggers.

My point is that "Mexico" is a political designation. Its a federation of states similar to the US with several different races living in it. The only thing keeping Mexico from having central america-tier poverty and violence like Honduras or El Salvador is American money and economic stability. The Mexicans living here likely don't care about what the Mexican government wants and likely will join with whatever cartel their street gang pledges allegiance to. Gangs aligned with Zetas will fight gangs aligned with CDG, JNG or Sinaloa. There is no unifying factor other than race, and even that is tenuous since you have lots of caribbean and central american hispanics living in the US, both of whom don't get along with Mexicans. This is why "Mexico" won't annex anything. It will likely cease to exist as a political entity in the event of a yugo style breakup of the US.

Not really. Black gangs get most of their product from Mexican cartels and pill mills in the US. The Mexican cartels will likely be too busy cannibalizing the Mex govt and Hispanic areas to offer niggers too much help. The niggers can be starved out. In North America and in the newly created war zones around the world, yes. But for the rest of the world, who will fill the power vacuum left by the collapse of the US dollar and economy? Euros might be tenable for a while, as well as whatever BRICS decides to be the currency, but the world will need a permanent solution. Its this solution that will shape the next 200 to 500 years of human civilization. But for about 10 years or so everything will be up in the air.
