Start a series of innocuous memes promoting the whole "See something, say something" type line and make it oriented around muslim children ratting their parents out specifically, not just neighbors reporting possible jihadists. You should include to report them for simple things that may not even be illegal, like being in support of Sharia (terrorism!) or believing that men and women arent equal and a woman is a mans property. Thats a sign of terrorist sympathies and an extremist muslim parent. (and almost all muslims believe it)
For extra salt in the wound btw, these children from OPs story should be hailed as heroes who stopped terrorism, make a big stink so muslims all hear about their own children ratting them out and call the parents terrorists, not just abusers.
