I won't get into too many details but I work as a recruiter for a government entity. This is 100% absolutely true. You can put whatever the fuck you want and it won't get questioned. In fact, we are legally NOT ALLOWED TO QUESTION IT because you can "identify" with a race without being one (apparently).
The worst part is, if we get two identical applicants up for promotion, the one who put a (((minority))) race down on his file gets preference.
White men should absolutely take advantage of this broken system. I've been doing it now for a good 6 months on courses I take outside of work.
Where are the cracks in the system? What if one person, say, put white on his SF-86? Could you then apply for a job as a different race? Or would the person you're applying to be able to check your SF-86 and see the discrepancy? Or is it only OPM that can see SF-86 and the discrepancy would never be found?
So I tried this one (outside of USA) and was "let go" a month later for "Not performing my duties at the level that is expected". By all means, try it, but HR will now have a target on your back for trying to trick them. That's if they somehow let you past the interview.

It doesn't matter. We are not allowed to question it. Liberalism is a disease. There is no logic to it.
Hahaha how delusional are you nigger goons?

Ah so you're a liar. Anyone who is in a position of hiring at a government entity would know the answer to that question and not bleat out an obvious non-sequitur. This guy is a kike.

Oh no, some anonymous internet faggot thinks I'm lying. Then don't do it? wew.
