Alright, entertaining the notion of a World War scenario.
Compared to the past, the world is a lot different in terms of technological advancements and connectivity. Social media is dominating everyone's lives, access to hundreds upon thousands of porn video genres can be accessed within mere seconds. Food, most will opt for cheap fast food or whatever other low effort options are available.
Why mention any of this? Simple. Compared to the past, the vast vast majority of people are simply not cut out for survival in a high tension, high octane and high pressure scenario such as war. As I understand it, save for those involved in the military or those who actively take it upon themselves to practice survivalism on their own accord, most people are incapable of handling this level of stress and change. The mollycoddled millennial and gen z generations especially.
So, considering the above, what does the future hold? My views are far from optimistic presently.
