Basically someone accidentally photographed a sex shop in London OPENLY ADVERTISING CP.
Is this "normal"? I mean common practice?
Because I can't think so, and it sounds like day of rope level of degeneracy.
I will try to extract the location of the store from the uploader.. how do we get them raided?

It IS photoshopped, the photographer's nieche is to mix colors in photoshop for a cool Blade Runner-ish effect.
On the reflection though you can tell that the text has not been doctored with.
