Each Slavic country has its own flavor of nationalism, I don't think it's productive for them to join forces BEFORE they seize control of their respective countries. If for example Croatian nationalists join hands with Serbian nationalists, both will be discredited in the eyes of their people. Same goes for Polish and Ukrainian, Bulgarian and Greek, Hungarian and Czech etc.
