Illogical. In real life genetically modified super-soldiers will be as small as possible while retaining dexterity and enough strength to handle weapons, because in firearm combat size is a hindrance.
Big bulky men are bad for modern warfare. They're slower, easier to shoot, harder to sneak, etc. We also see this in modern special forces, who are all like 5'6" - 5'9". Once we can do it, super soldiers will be like 3 feet tall gnomes.
