If I took a random sample of 100 white teenagers and 100 black teenagers and made them study the exact same things (whether it's biology, math, quantum physics or anything else, really) the amount of white teens who are gonna be successful in that specific discipline on is going to be at least 3-4 times higher compared to blacks
