Kim Jong-un has become the first North Korean leader to step into the South for 65 years as he met with President Moon Jae-in for a historic peace summit on Friday. The two sworn enemies exchanged a warm greeting at the 38th parallel in the truce village of Panmunjom before Moon led Kim by the hand to cross into the South for the first time ever. It comes following a year in which North Korea, the South and the US traded increasingly bellicose rhetoric about nuclear war amid a series of atomic tests by Kim's regime, but then dramatically softened their stances in the last few months. The leaders kept up their friendly demeanor even during the official talks inside the Peace House pavilion, with Kim joking to Moon that he would 'stop interrupting his sleep' with constant missile tests. South Korea praised the first round of discussions as 'sincere and candid' and said the leaders also discussed denuclearization and the fate of North Korean defectors. At the historic moment when the two leaders shook hands across the Military Demarcation line that bisects the rivals, Kim said his heart 'keeps throbbing'. The dictator then thanked Moon for meeting at 'historic place', to which he responded by saying the dictator had made a 'very courageous decision' to come to the South.
Trump actually deserves a peace prize if he brokered this
Nathan Garcia
my apologizes comrade colonel, yes of course, Great Leader. That is the (((Jews))) at the DailyMail trying to smear the working, impetuous zionist dogs!
Noah Myers
He did, but if this happens I hope the two leaders get the medal not Trump (Though he deserves all the praise he can get for getting Kim to realize his nukes won't help him)
Luke Morris
...
Lincoln Bell
So lets assume Trump-Kim meeting ends in signing the end of Korean war, disarmament and normalized relations with North Korea:
1. How much will this boost Republicans in 2018 and 2020? 2. On a scale of pussy hat rallies to mass suicide how will the leftists respond?
He didn't broker it, but everyone else involved is fine with letting the US save a bit of face and pretend. The current South Korean president made peace with the north, regardless of US opinions on it, a plank of his campaign. You've got remember that the US is a failing world power that is basically South Africa without the nuke dismantling. It doesn't have anywhere near the credibility anymore for serious, industrious nations to consider its counsel.
William Mitchell
So guys, what does this mean for those countries economically that the North is opening up now? I am a brainlet so go easy
I know daddy T had his hand in this, but it would be great to know a bit more soon
Sebastian Bell
Hard to say. The critical percentage of the population voting explicitly in support of not giving two shits about the rest of world is what put Republicans over the top in 2016. I guess it depends on how many of them you can get to buy in to Trump's nigger-jew anti-catholic coalition.
Gabriel Thompson
Pretty surreal sight.
This. I wonder what the anons over at Ilbe are thinking. They absolutely hate Moon Jae-in and NK.
Caleb Carter
(((Nobel prizes))) have become meaningless political tokens.
This
China detected.
Tyler Reed
Not really, unless you want to start pushing Q conspiracy theories that the US used kinetic orbital bombardment weapons to take out North Korean nuclear sites. In reality, the US just doesn't provide much in the way of incentives anymore for half of the Korean peninsula to slavishly accept being a meatshield against their own race any longer. That's a hard reality for a certain subset of the user base here to come to grips with.
Leo Rodriguez
I doubt China is particularly thrilled about it.
Caleb Foster
The peace one, the scientific ones still have criteria.
Cameron Martin
Of course not, that is not really what I was getting at. I think that North and South has wanted peace for a long time, but never had the middle man to bring them together and Trump is not stupid, he is good at making things happen and if there is a gain for the US he would go for it. After all, the geopolitical climate in South East Asia will shift from today on. Great new however, I am happy that we are making progress on freeing at least one of the old globalist prisoners.
Lucas Russell
Funnily enough they dropped a mountain with their tests. China got tired of their shit. That is the only reason this little fuck is playing nice now.
Cooper Cox
Got any vid of that?
Alexander Ortiz
The middle was keeping them apart.
Nathaniel Smith
Neither China nor Japan tbh. Although to be fair, South Korea doesn't have the economic strength to "incorporate" NK anyway. The South Korean economy is a meme economy (built on foreign aid and patent trolling) and much smaller than most would think.
Charles Collins
Or satellite images at least
Nicholas Reed
You can jewgle it. They have been doing sat image analysis. Sorry user, I've been up way too long and I'm burnt out playing kick the yid.
well maybe don't tear down the propaganda of a harsh dictatorship? didn't he also have to fake being canadian or some shit to get in?
Tyler Bell
Xi is probably turning in his sleep right now as China loses their leash on the Norks. North Korea was Chinas only real defense from the more NATO-friendly of the Southeast Asian countries. Xi will either have to start sucking Kimmy's cock to make nice with them, or they'll end up backing off showcasing their weakness on a global scale. It's glorious
Are you insane? Korea despises the United States, their populace resent our presence in the country and have held multiple protests over the years demanding our withdrawal. If this peace does fully go through, expect Korea to request the US to leave the country and abandon its bases there, as the stated need for defense against NK will no longer be a factor. Just a heads up, pretty much everyone in the world hates the United States, and are only involved them with due to the fact that we're the center of trade, currently. Once that changes, and it is changing now, relations all over the world will reflect that reality. This is all the more reason we need to start dealing with free trade now, get our borders under control, and rebuild our economy so that we are a self sustaining nation again, and not a debtor nation.
We have virtually no industry and manufacturing left here, and that is the backbone of any real economy, but we outsourced all of ours everywhere else in the globe. Those countries that now have real industry and a solid base for their economy will be the strongest going forward (China and SK are two primary beneficiaries of this). The United States is barely above third world economics already, if the (((bankers))) in London snap their fingers and tank our currency, we're done. The only hope we have of avoiding complete economic collapse is to get off the global currency system before that happens, or perhaps even as it happens, and pull back to our own country while we rebuild our production capacities.
To his credit, Trump understands this and promised he would take steps towards this, but he is up against a colossal force that will do everything in its power to prevent us from rebuilding our country. DACA is back on board with that judges ruling, caravans of people are at the border, and the wall cannot be funded under the current spending bill. Trump needs dictatorial power he does not have, or the entrenched bureaucracy and judicial system will continue to block his every move. Right now it's a tug of war between Trump and those systems, and if we do not get a big break to smash those obstacles out of the way, Trump will not be able to accomplish his goals. And our slow slide into economic ruin will continue.
It would be beyond retarded to give any president that power, because it changes hands every 4 or 8 years and don't give me that retarded lib bs like it's fine as long as our guy does it. Obongo had way too much power and tried to get more. I'd rather not see what happens when socialist get that power and start taking away all of our guns in the name of peace.
Isaiah Lopez
Caesar when?
Easton Wood
This system has failed. You cannot reform it without autocratic powers, and if you do not reform it the economic collapse will force a change in government regardless. Whether we turn into a fascist dictatorship or a communist gulag is the only remaining question.
Joshua Flores
Oh hey. You're the same asshole from Do you have a script for every possible domestic and foreign policy plan?
Jacob Gutierrez
Very uncurious of you. Your post reeks of "Nothing to see here." The Warmbiers were very grateful of Trump's intervention. What do they hope to achieve by this at such a delicate time?
Easton Brown
I vote for a nationalistic ethnic Meritocracy, what it should have been from the beginning.
Joseph Mitchell
there is nothing to see there. Otto stole the poster (his theft was recorded on video) in North Korea, they are allowed to have a criminal justice system, he was found guilty, and then placed with other inmates… North Korean inmates, he turned out to be a pussy, couldn't handle it, broke mentally and then died, had it occurred in the US big bubba nig would have ass raped him too, except in North Korea there was no wambulance to save him.
Connor Stewart
If by "script" you mean a cohesive understanding of the current political issues at play in our country and the world, yes. And the fact you consider it demoralizing to understand the foes we face and what we're up against speaks only to your own weakness, we can win, and we will win, but it won't be easy and it won't come without cost. The fact you consider it "unrealistic" to fight back is quite pathetic.
I'm not talking about the circumstances of his incarceration or death, I'm talking about the Warmbiers suing North Korea just before their summit with Trump on the day North and South Korea meet. For maximum publicity but what else?
Xavier Nguyen
to be in play, part of the game, they have their hand out, like kikes always do
William Morris
You must have been a fly on a wall too, throughout the whole proceedings from where he allegedly ripped that poster off to when he fell into a coma, you're just so unimpeachably certain about the facts.
Liam Flores
You're too dismissive. You should stop hogging response to my posts, and I in turn, stop responding to you now.
James Russell
I don't need to know the details, Otto would have left the morning of his flight out were it not for removing that poster on the wall in the hallway (his theft of it was recorded) and he was detained.
nothing interferes with anyone choosing to comment or not, you have the option to ignore my ID snowflake. Otto was also a filthy thieving kike and got what all kikes have coming to them.
Leo Hill
Who's ready for this in the history books on the Korean crisis and peace treaty 2017-2018?
It kind of is. Basically their nuclear test site has reached breaking point, if they tried another they were at risk of creating vents that would vent all the radioactive materials from the test + previous ones (including failed ones which is the worst radioactive pollution-wise). That shit did happen to the soviet (which used the same type of underground tests en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tired_mountain_syndrome )… but the soviets did their tests in the middle of nowhere, nowhereistan. Korea ain't that big, depending winds they might have very well created a plume of radioactive fallout.
Also NO ONE is saying anything about nuclear disarmament of NK besides the lüggenpresse.
If anything it's just a recognition that, yeah it's too late to do anything about NK. Might as well admit they're a real thing and have normal relations with them, which is the pragmatic approach.
Benjamin Cox
The twitter kikes can scream all they want. The only opinions that really matter on this matter are from Koreans, and every gook I know credits President Trump for helping this happen.
It blows me away that in hundreds of years Trumps Tweets will be read by kids in history class on how he ended the Korean war.
Gavin Powell
This. Also remember that the current SK president got his job after an actual revolution of a 100% pure ZOG government (that the MSM completely glossed over at best reporting that it was a "corruption problem", not that they actually got proof it was a feminist internationalist sect acting as a shadow governement behind the president; with ties to both Merkel and Hillary).
Now I have no doubt Trump isn't the kind of guy to look over a gifted horse in the mouth and is exploiting this for his own PR, when the psycho Hillary would have likely made a coup in South Korea for ousting it's ZOG overlord. So you can't say that Trump has nothing to do with it in the sense he's letting it happen… but he doesn't have much to do with it either.
Eli Campbell
That's what people will remember about it.
ON TIME UNDER BUDGET
Good point. I doubt that NK would bring denuclearization to the table this quickly. Seems like the MSM is already creation a factoid to claim that the talks will be "a failure" because NK didn't agree to Superman's plans to dispose of all nuclear weapons at once.
Easton Foster
You don't think in terms of the lawsuit affecting the upcoming summit between Trump and Kim Jong-un in some way - positively or negatively?
You don't wonder if it was done with or without consultation with the State Department or whoever might be for or against it?
Huh.
Nathaniel King
Hey I know how to bait this - Warmbier filling lawsuit against North Korea day before North and South meeting and shortly before summit between Trump and Kim = Israel using dual citizens to influence US foreign policy!!`1 to start WW3!!
Holy shit! Can you shill any harder? The US is still (despite your best attempts, China) the most powerful nation in the world, militarily, culturally, and economically. If you think Trump had nothing to do with this, you're either in complete denial or a shill.
(not that WWIII wouldn't be a chance to remove ZOG though)
Brandon Fisher
Heli'd, fighting is the only way things will change, and I feel the spark to the tinder will be them trying to (further) remove guns, and/or gun rights. People will fuckin lose it if (when) that happens.
Eli Hall
Dude it's even better than that He was raped to death by nork gas powered dildo rape machine Was raped to death by a robot
The second most important Korean meeting! Kim and President Moon's wives come face to face for the first time - and the pair get on brilliantly The first ladies of North and South Korea came together and met for the first time at today's summit dinner Historic meeting was between Kim Jong-un's wife Ri Sol-ju and Kim Jung-sook, wife of President Moon Jae-in The two first ladies seemed delighted by their meeting, clasping hands with Kim Jung-sook laughing happily They later joined their husbands, coming together for a banquet dinner where they continued smiling joyfully
Says who? Have we ever really been told the truth about anything? Question your long held beliefs, test them and see just what's left at the end. you my find there's less than a handful of truths that you can cling to from your old path. Embrace chaos, question everything, trust no one, and enjoy the ride.
the main reason tourists can not travel freely in North Korea is due to the hostility of it's average citizens towards outsiders, or Americans. Tour groups travel as a group for their own safety.
There is a video out there driving around North Korean and shoes are thrown at the driver from other vehicles.
