Most training facilities like this don't enforce a uniform.. It wouldn't really be a big deal if it were a generic uniform, but the fact that it's specifically IDF is no doubt an effort to condition people to view IDF as friendlies and hesitate if they had to fire on them. Uniforms/clothing are the easiest way in combat to make a snap judgement on whether someone is an enemy that needs to be eliminated.

There are also "anti-militia" laws. You can't just get a group of friends together and start combat training. No doubt this yid offers classes to law enforcement and the goy in order to skirt around these laws, since there's no law against training schools like this as a business.
