National Socialist Germany did have concentration camps. They were built to house the jews as they were being moved to their new homeland, Israel. Why would you ever bother to build concentration camps if you only wanted to exterminate the jews? The concentration camps are proof that the holohoax is a lie. Russia never needed any concentration camps for jews they just killed them wherever they found them.

The best food is the traditional food of wherever you live. Traditional food cultures were developed before we had globalization, so they make most efficient use of whatever's handy in the local climate. Sure, you can ship out-of-season vegetables in from Peru and cook whatever you feel like, but such vegetables are simultaneously lower quality (old) and more expensive.
