19 year old Nikolas Cruz took an Uber to Stoneman Douglas High School, carried a duffle bag and backpack inside, and you know the rest.

He pulled the fire alarm and started shooting into crowds of kids, then he dropped the gun, escaped by blending in with the other students running for their lives, and… well…

He went to a Subway Store inside the local Walmart -
Then he got some McDonalds -

School Security Cameras and eyewitness accounts revealed his identity though,
and he was taken into police custody where he quickly confessed to the crime.

The moment the shooting occured both sides jumped to their battle stations, with the left calling for gun control and the right calling for "waiting until more information comes out"

CNN had a Townhall on February 21st -

It was the Witnesses to the shooting demanding gun control
vs Marco Rubio & Dana Loesh, fending off those attacks.

The Townhall doesn't really matter, because it was 90% emotion, 10% serious discussion.
What does matter is WHO was at the TownHall.

Sheriff Scott Israel, the leader of the Broward County Police Force.
Any questions about the shooting, he'll be there to answer. Here's what he said:

The key fact of note is that he wants police officers - without a judge or psychiatrist -
Just police officers, to have the ability to randomly confiscate guns.

Two days later, February 23rd, information comes out that DESTROYS the current narrative.
