Well, unless you're planning on joining the CIA, I can't think of any jobs that will require you to hand over your IP to some bureaucrats to mull over.

This, I believe, is enough to allow someone to become an officer if they choose to follow that career. That and no criminal record.
I think people here vastly overestimate the organization and omnipotence of the System. All Systems are just a few steps away from collapse. That's just human nature. And add to this the fact that the kikes are running things in an unnatural way and you get a disinterested workforce.
