Not sure what this bill really is. Abortion for any reason was banned in Ireland, this may just lift the ban for cases of rape and when the child is deformed. In the case of rape, the little bastard is probably mudslime rape-baby, and NEEDS to be aborted, it should be mandatory. In the case of deformity, that's just simple eugenics.
