They are now part Adamic because Abraham messed up and had a son with Hagar which was one of the sixth day creation. Hagar was extra Arab basically. Also remember that Ishmael was one man out of many that existed in that race. He married into what his mothers race was (his mother Hagar got him a wife from Egypt who was not Adamic) so the Adamic genes were even further diluted.

Canaanites were labeled that due to their geographic location in Canaan. They were sith day creation and likely the proto Arabs like Hagar.
The Kenites are the blood descendants of Cain.
