ICE officials crowbar in door to detain father-of-five who entered the US illegally 16 TIMES, but the judge may throw out the case if he finds the break-in arrest unlawful
A cell phone video recorded by one of his daughters shows the arrest of Alberto Alonso Hernandez in his National City, California, home on Tuesday May 15th.
Hernandez' attorney William Baker claimed that there are several factors the judge will consider to determine whether the arrest was lawful or not.
For three hours, agents waited outside and even turned off their electricity at one point, only turning it back on when the community confronted them.
Hernandez also had a domestic violence conviction in 2014.

Now the Commifornia courts will throw out the case. In Commifornia ICE must be able to operate beyond the state government and courts on the grounds that Commifornia is, by and large, not enforcing immigration law. Why operate under the thumb of faggots who don't enforce the law? That's a losing battle.
