Pride means "wow, I/we did this really cool thing, i'm so proud I/we were able to do this". It has nothing to do with other races or other people, it's purely inward-facing praise. Being proud of all the things Europeans have done does not come at the expense of not being able to be proud of things other races have done. Does this make sense? I can be proud I got an A in a class, without thinking "wow, i'm so much smarter than other people".
Nationalism is about shared values. A nation enforces laws and economic systems and the more the people of a nation have in common, the more likely they are to want the same goal, the more likely that government will actually serve the people of the nation and their desires. Again, you don't have to believe you're superior to non-whites, you just have to believe you're different in some aspect. I have a fence around my yard not because I feel superior to my neighbor, but because I want to keep my things separate from his. It's about creating a country where you have shared values. Those vales don't have to be "better" or "worse" than other countries, they just have to be in line with my values.
Supremacy is an emergent property. White people don't go out looking for things to make them feel superior. They stumble upon them. Imagine sitting in a room full of 10 year olds.
