The end goal of this law and all others dealing with the internet/web is to split it up. Soon all countries will be divided and have their own networks, fees will be high to transfer data between these networks over the major links between countries. The laws will be put in place to protect the children/copyright holders/women etc but make no mistake the goal is and always has been control over the networks. The aim is to stop the coming rebellion of the plebs from spreading.

Look at China for an example of what you'll soon see in the west. Everyone is getting their own firewall and social credit system. There is nothing we can really do to stop it. This will be the thing that sparks revolution.
