I very much doubt most — if any — of the revenue collected will ever find its way to the rightful copyright holders. No, I believe it will instead fill the government coffers, undoubtedly to be used to support the rapefugee importation system. This says to me they're getting desperately close to insolvency and need new means by which to prop it up. To anyone with holdings/savings within the reach of the EU: liquidate now, before they try to bring up the same haircut shit they did in Greece a few years back.
