As for what do I get? Firstly, I have four white children, none of whom are junkies, whores, or losers. These children are the joy of my life, and I could not have raised such fine children without my wife's constant supervision of them. That alone is worth any so-called sacrifice you imagine that I have made, but there's more.

I also get three home-cooked, nutritious meals a day, and of course my children are fed the same. My wife plans, shops, prepares, and cleans up after for all of these meals. The only time I ever eat out is business lunches or when I take my wife and kids out to eat as a treat about once a month. My wife is always disappointed in the food because she knows she could do better, and I agree, but I remind her that it's a good opportunity to work on the children's manners and deportment and teaches them to appreciate good meals. The last time I ate fast food was over a year ago, when my wife was sick, and it was so disgusting I couldn't finish my burger. My wife spends a minimum of 4 hours a day on meals, so that's a half a work day that she's busy and not thinking about shenanigans at all. For a lot of men, the three squares a day would be enough, but wait, there's more!

My wife takes care of all our clothes so that they're immaculate. She buys most of them and keeps them clean, folded, pressed, dry-cleaned when necessary, and makes sure my kids are never shabby, too hot, or too cold. I never have to sniff-test my underwear or rummage around for matching socks because there are always a bare minimum of two pairs of socks and underwear waiting in my drawer even on laundry day. She makes sure that all of us have clean bedding and the beds are neatly made every day. I never have to sleep in a stinky, rumpled bachelor bed. Not sure how much time this takes her really so I'm going to guess anywhere from 6 - 10 hours a week.

My wife also keeps our house incredibly clean. There are no sticky floors or toilet rings in our house. It always smells clean. I never trip over the kid's toys because she makes them pick up their toys, teaching them to be clean and tidy too. I estimate that she spends at least 2 - 3 hours a day on this, not including meal cleanup.

Last but not least, she DOES provide me with companionship, as does my entire family. I'm never lonely. If I'm feeling down, I can go play with my kids for a little while and I'll feel better. No matter how grumpy or blue I feel, my wife is always there to say she loves me and give me a hug. That's the best thing about having a family; there's always someone there who cares about you, which is something no MGTOW can ever hope to achieve.
