It would take at least one of us infiltrating for that to work, but it certainly could. And, like I said, they're using private apps for their real dirty deeds, so, again, trust would need to be gained to get access. Also, it wouldn't take much misdirection and false-flagging to blow one's cover, so, I'd recommend going with documenting illegal acts instead so the entire network can be brought up on charges. I've probably said enough; if any user actually goes through with this, don't discuss it here or any place public, as they're all monitored. Godspeed.
I suspect someone working at that restaurant must have dropped a dime on her being there (was it a reservation?), as they hadn't even had a chance to order (iirc, they still had menus) before the mob appeared. On a side note, it really pisses me off how the guy with her left his phone unlocked and within easy snatch-and-run reach: fucking shit OPSEC.
