Yes. Notice the article avoids the term "white genocide" - they know not to use the term that leads to the memes, they're trying to control the language. But it's way too similar. I tried googling "white extinction" and "white genocide conspiracy theory" on Wikipedia was the second result.
Is this all that bad? "Genocide" is a term that a lot of normies resist because they think it's too dramatic, it makes them picture the Holohoax. "Extinction" is a term associated with hand-wringing over noble and cute animals vanishing and whole ecosystems thrown out of whack.
