I don't think there's a realistic chance that there will be a Civil War sequel in the near future. If and when there is, however, it won't be until whites a minority and they're on the defensive. Things are way too comfy still and it's designed to stay that way since people won't risk anything when they have safety already. These numbers show that the people who would be the troops for the left are the ones who think there is a Civil War looming. Women believe it more than men. People under 40 believe it more than people over 40. Blacks and other minorities believe it will happen more than whites.
The ones thinking things are too comfy are probably those privileged white men (particularly older ones) who are the smallest group thinking a civil war is imminent. In other words, they don't see it coming.
The left has the money and infrastructure to start things off. They also have a growing number of troops.
Look at the numerous riots and protests they have funded and even bussed people to. Look at the events triggered at these gatherings (Charlottesville, anyone?) to get the crowds into a frenzy.
All they need is for another concerted effort and a good false flag attack to spur their troops into action. Think riots in the major cities. This Civil War will be rural whites vs. urban minorities (and cucked whites).
