I would personally prefer a declaration of war on Canada and Mexico with annexation soon to follow, then we’d work our way down to Panama and make the canal much bigger.
All of North America would be subject to our rule and I would implement massive “restoration” programs to plant trees and make the environment in those areas more preferable for us. I’d take most of the money spent on welfare and put it into science, making all black budget projects open source and uncovering the truth on hidden knowledge.
